State the Problem
One of the problems I have noticed at Tartan is that there are a lot of fights.
Give Evidence
Once in a while when you are in the lunch room you'll see some kids fighting and a lot of the time people will be talking about a fight that is going to happen or one they saw.
Examine Contributing Factors
Somethings that contributes factors to fights is that some people disrespect eachother. Othertimes it will start with a verbal fight and get more serious leading to a fist fight.
Propose a Solution
People could settle their problems more maturely.

Amy: Chris is correct about the contributing factors (though he really should have offered one to help you out). I also noticed that the evidence for your problem is lacking.
